- WAM Unix Accounts
- OIT provides free unix accounts to students, faculty, and staff
at the UMD College Park campus. WAM accounts provide
access to lab Sun Sparcstations, Remote Access Centers (RACs), as well
as a rich set of software and Internet services.
To obtain a WAM account, login to wam.umd.edu with
the login-id of register and follow the instructions.
