I am interested in exploring the cortical bases of speech perception in humans, especially the temporal aspects of both processing and representations in auditory cortex. I address these issues by combining psychophysical experiments and Magnetoencephalography (MEG), an non-invasive electromagnetic measuring technique. Specifically, my recent works focus on the cortical representation and tracking of nautural speech sentences. My other works explore the co-representation mechanisms of acoustic envelope (AM) and fine structure (FM) in human auditory cortex

I am currently working at Cognitive Neuroscience of Language Laboratory (CNL), with Dr. David Poeppel at UMCP.
