The CARing Project Wish List

Gently Read Books: Year Round
Often the school library's books are outdated and few in numbers. The CARing Kids are allowed to take and keep several books home to encourage their reading.

Apples for Education: October-March
The receipts from these grocery stores are used to provide the school with audio, visual, physical education and other technological equipment.

Basic School Supplies: August
Every school year donations of backpacks filled with school supplies are given to the students who need them.

Coats for Kids: October
Used and new winter coats are collected along with hats, scarves and gloves to be given out to families in need.

Food Drives: Year Round
Non-perishable food items are collected to stock the school's emergency assistance program.

New Books: Year Round
New chapter books are collected for the school's library and for the students to take home.

Snacks: May-June
Granola bars and juice boxes are collected for summer and after school programs.

Happy Holidays: November
Books, puzzles, toys and other treats are collected for the children.
