PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SENDING ME QUESTIONS

I receive an overwhelming number of questions from well intentioned people who are trying to find the right place to get started, and unfortunately I cannot answer that sort of question. My Space A Web Site provides several suggestions for where to ask such questions on the Internet, but you shouldn't overlook the utility of the telephone for this sort of thing as well. You can find phone numbers for passenger terminals all over the world by following links from my web page to phone number lists that are maintained by other people. Here is a brief summary of the reasons why I can't answer questions that are sent to me:
I don't know the answer!
I am a reservist who flys Space A from time to time. I know nothing about the rules governing Space A travel by active duty people, dependents, retirees, non-retired veterans or pets except what I read in the regulations. Those regulations are already available on my web site, so I really don't have anything to add. I also know nothing about specific flights to or from anyplace in particular. I do know how to find out, but again, I already put that information on my web site.
My time is better spent keeping the web site up to date.
I have no professional association with any organization that is responsible for providing service to travelers of any type. Maintaining this web site is strictly a hobby, and the nice thing about a hobby is that you get to choose how you spend your time. I have chonsen to spend the limited time I can make available for this on keeping my web site as current as possible, on the theory that more people will benefit from time that I spend that way than would benefit from time spent answering individual questions. Fortunately, plenty of other people have chosen to do the opposite, and you can discover where to find them on my web site.
I do want to hear from you if you know of something that I should link to which would improve the web site, or if you discover an error. Examples of things that I would like to hear about are: Please include the full address for the page containing the error and specific information on how to correct it. Messages that simply state something like "you spelled Travis wrong" aren't very helpful because there is no way to search all my pages for wrong spellings :-). Please be sure that the error is on one of my pages before reporting it to me, though. I have no control over other people's pages that I simply link to.

I would also welcome comments that might fall under the heading of "good ideas," although these go through a fairly rigorous "how much time will it take" scrub before being implemented. One of the wonderful things about the Internet is that it encourages individual initiative. Your good ideas are more likely to be implemented if you are willing to do the work! I'l be happy to discuss ideas, though, and to help you find space on a web server somewhere for Space A information that you want to post.
