An upper-division undergraduate introductory course in practical instrumentation electronics for chemistry and other science majors, taught from 1971 through 1998 (including computer interfacing after 1980). Prerequsites: introductory physics; mathematics through intoductory differential calculus. A course in instrumental analysis or general familiarity with the major spectroscopic, chromatographic, and electrochemical mathods of quantitative analysis would be helpful.
